Welcome to the sixth edition of VuBridge Expert Kit. As ever, we provide you with two series of half-a-dozen themed deals. In this edition we focus on Extra Chances, where you may see a simple (?!) line of play, but you may be able to find a better line. A famous chess grandmaster was once wont to say, “You have found a decent move. That is good. Now find a better one.” A similar philosophy can often be applied to bridge hands.

The first series is probably easier than the second, but we think you’ll enjoy them both.

The remaining eight hands, as ever, are all on counting the hand. This time we are looking at counting the points. Just where are those missing honors?
