 Your choice:
A: A major - This is an easy one, since they did not use a Stayman, they have longer minors, so a major lead works out better.

 Your choice:
A: A Club - If your partner had long Hearts, he could have easily overcalled 1, but with Clubs, it's harder, since it would be at the 2-level.

Therefore, if you don't have a good suit of your own, you have better chances of finding partner with long Clubs than with long Hearts.

 Your choice:
A: A Heart - West has good Clubs, but not much ruffing abilities, therefore, declarer will try to discard his losers on dummy's Clubs.

Therefore you need to make an active lead, to cash your tricks as quick as possible, usually in the suit they did not bid.

 Your choice:
A: A Club - When declarer's two suiter was passed out, leading a trump is the right thing to do 90% of the time.

Dummy will usually go down with a singleton Spades, and some Clubs, therefore declarer will ruff his Spade losers.

 Your choice:
A: A minor - Yes you partner has bid Hearts, but what does East have?

He passed 2, and then went for 3 NT, he has a strong hand. Actually, he passed, hoping his partner could make a Takeout Double, and play 2X. When his partner failed to do this, he went for 3 NT.

You'll have a better shot at defeating the contract by trying to set up a minor, since East must have long Hearts (probably at least 5).
