Full disclosure: I made up this holiday out of sheer frustration. Between Thanksgiving and Christmas, we've seen dozens of ways to make a turkey, and now we (those of us who watch the Food Network) are tortured with dozens of ways to use leftovers. Stop! Enough!

So to escape those leftovers, let's work on our bidding skills.
