A: ♥Q - A singleton trump is not a good lead at all (you won't be ruffing Spades!). In fact, it's one of the worst, since it could help declarer capture your partner's trumps.

Lead the top of the Heart sequence. Two touching honors are enough to form a sequence to lead from against a suit contract.
